The term "on fleek" may have died a peaceful death some time ago, but that doesn't mean the slew of insane Instagram brow trends has trickled to a stop! Case in point: squiggle brows, as created by beauty vlogger Promise Tamang.
Get a load of this. Promise told PopSugar that she wanted to try squiggling her own arches after she saw someone rocking the look in a photoshopped picture online. Power of the internet indeed.
Before you wring your hands in horror, know that she didn't have to actually tweeze or shave her brows into a pair of curlicues—erasing the hairs using cosmetic PVA glue and Make Up For Ever's Full Coverage Concealer, she drew the shape on with a mixture of black gel eyeliner and pomade, then set everything with a generous dusting of pressed powder.
If you really wanna ride the (literal) wave, TV and commercial makeup artist Kayla Go recommends using Dermacol's Make-Up Cover to hide any stragglers: "It even covers tattoos! It's actually a foundation talaga, but the coverage is so good that people use it as a concealer."
Just in time for Halloween, we think! Would you dare step out rocking the squiggle brow trend? Sound off below!
