Wet And Wild

Kiehl's latest fragrance takes us by storm.
Wet And Wild Kiehl's latest fragrance takes us by storm.

Our favorite apothecary has done it again. Kiehl's Since 1851 reinforces its growing fragrance line with Forest Rain Eau de Toilette, an inspired amalgamation of scents from no less than 122 essences found in the basement of its original pharmacy.

More than the antique-y, cellar-door charm evoked by the fragrance is its wet translucency, which, wonderfully, is more pared-down chic than crunchily outdoorsy. It does offer a majority of green leafy essences (it is, after all, named after a biome). Even with notes like wet grass, damp moss, earthy guaic leaves and sun-bleached hay, light florals, citruses and their signature soft musk temper the mix for an end result is as crisp as your favorite white shirt and as distinct and electric as the air after a welcomed downpour.

A bath and body line supports the classic-in-the-making, plus the scent's unisex, too, so the boys can get in on the rainy-day fun.

Kiehl's Since 1851 Forest Rain Eau de Toilette is available for P2,350 for 1.7 oz at Greenbelt 5 starting October.
