Diets. Only healthy eating and a moderate lifestyle truly shed off my unwanted pounds.
Exercise. Keeping fit and toned not only gives me a sexy silhouette, it improves my psychological well-being, too.
Detox. A regular body flush rids my body of excess fat and toxins.
I find pills and supplements the most effective in maintaining my ideal weight.
I'm open to extreme measures—if I need lipo, hypnosis or a tummy tuck, why not?
I've done everything at one point or another!
I do nothing, I'm blessed that way.
