Sunshine just turned 46 last July 18, but if you compare her photos from 25 years ago, you’ll see that not much has changed. The actress still looks just as healthy as when she was 21. The key to retaining her figure? Consistency, she reveals.

In the caption of her Instagram post, she wrote, “Lazy day today pero kailangan mag exercise because why not?!” Sunshine emphasized the importance of prioritizing one's health and always striving to be an improved version of ourselves, saying, “Let's stay healthy and always push ourselves to be better.”

Sunshine’s choice of exercise includes yoga, running on the treadmill, lifting weights, and Zumba. To motivate herself even further, she exercises together with her daughters Angelina, Sam, and Chesca. Despite having to raise three girls, Sunshine has made sure to always find time to take care of herself and her health as well, and she aims to inspire moms like her to focus on their well-being, too.
