Being one of the biggest celebrity events of the year, the guests at the Star Magic Ball always bring their best face forward. And for this, the secret is all in the prep, some of which happens way before they sit in the makeup chair.
Moments before they strut down the red carpet, Belo treated their Belo babies to the ultimate event prep experience. In an exclusive interview with Preview, Belo Medical Group Managing Director Cristalle Belo tells us all the deets:

"We decided that [our talents] needed some beautification before the big day, so we put together the best treatments to get them all ready," she starts. So for a day, the Presidential Suite at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel became a satellite clinic.

The treatments at the suite were all quick, painless, and came with instant results. "We only had three aestheticians and one nurse who does the drips, so all the procedures had to be a maximum of 15 minutes," Cristalle shares.

First was the Cryo Slush, a refreshing treatment that minimizes the pores and reduces oiliness. "It’s my favorite treatment, and if I could do it again and again I would," she says. Cristalle then adds that Enrique Gil is such a fan of the treatment, he'll be coming back for seconds after the ball. "Oh, and the cool part is, you can do it on top of your makeup!"

Then there's the Opera treatment, in which LED light is used to reduce inflammation. This is also a 15-minute treatment so they can also get their Supervitamin and Cinderella drip," Cristalle notes. Other treatments include the Mobilift for eyes and lips, the Insta Lift for face and cheeks, and lastly, the Oxygen Facial for instant rejuvenation. All perfect for primping yourself for a big event!

But that's not all there was to do at the Belo Beauty Suite. The room became a big hangout area complete with a buffet for everyone (including the celebs' managers!) to enjoy. Scarlet Snow even dropped by for some quality time with the stars!
"When Scarlet came in it became such a happy place. Everyone was dancing, singing, and Bugoy even sang for me," Cristalle recalls. "It felt as if happiness also makes you look so beautiful, so that’s also part of the Belo treatment—bringing happiness into your life."

Other celebs that dropped by the suite were Piolo Pascual, Liza Soberano, Tim Yap, Sue Ramirez, Maymay Entrata, Yeng Constantino, Kira Balinger, KZ Tandingan to name a few.

To wrap up their short yet incredible pre-ball experience, Belo gave away some amazing loot before sending the stars off. Cristalle spilled exactly what was inside, and here they are!

First up: skin care. Inside the crate was the Belo AcnePro system for last-minute breakouts and the BB Body Cream for that extra glow. As a treat, they packed chocolates from Villa del Conte and a scented candle to help set the mood. Lastly, there’s a secret gift from Hermès, which is actually a travel-sized perfume!
