Celebrities are pretty much just like you and me. They eat, sleep, and shower just like we do. And while some of them might have pretty ridiculous bathroom “rituals” (like those rumors about Mariah Carey bathing in Evian, never gets old), others tend to be really chill about their habits and do things like an average Jane would. One perfect example would be Solenn Heussaff, who admits that she can be quite boyish when it comes to her bathroom business. Read on as she spills the beans.
What’s the first thing you do when you enter the bathroom?
I pee. [Laughs]
Name 3 things you keep in your vanity cabinet.
I’m super like a boy; I actually do my makeup on the floor. I don’t have a vanity mirror. So what I keep inside are usually facial cleansers and makeup removers. I’m always wearing makeup everyday so I need to make sure that I keep my face clean so I that I don’t get pimples.
How long does it take you to shower?
I’m actually very quick, like 5 minutes. And that’s with shampoo and conditioner! But when I do have time then I take longer. I can take maybe 10-15 minutes. I feel bad wasting water so I’m not the type to take a shower for 30 minutes.
What’s the first part of your body that you wash?
I feel that it would have to be my upper body.
Showers or tubs?
In Manila, showers. When I’m abroad, tubs.
Bar soap or shower gel?
Liquid soap.
Sing or dance?
Sing. But I dance a little.
What’s your ultimate shower jam?
Whatever is on the top 10 of Spotify.
What do you think of when you sit on “the throne?”
I never thought of that one. I think of waterfalls. [Laughs]
