Runway Beauty: Premier C

Premier C's set of designers brought some whimsy to the Holiday 2010 runway. Some teasing, twisting and curling created upswept hair that was as light as air, like icing on a cupcake. Rows of long dark falsies and glossy red lips worked towards transforming the models into modern day Lolitas.
