Being a public figure, Rhian Ramos is no stranger to unsoliticed remarks about her body. Last year, she became the center of body-shaming comments on social media. Netizens pointed out her drastic weight loss, even speculating that she had an eating disorder. Rhian later on addressed these comments, revealing that it was caused by stress from dealing with her break-up and other life matters.
Fast forward to a few months later, and it looks like the body-shaming online has yet to stop. Fortunately, Rhian has learned to deal with these types of remarks in her own way.

"I just take it with a grain of salt...it doesn't really hurt my feelings," Rhian tells GMA News during her contract signing with the station. "I own many mirrors and part of my job is to know what I look like."
Rhian takes pride in being self-aware, saying that she doesn't hear anything about her body that she doesn't already expect. It is her body, after all. And at the end of the day, the actress adds, she's only doing what she feels is right for her body.

Her response to the relentess body-shamers? "If there's anything someone else doesn't like [about] my body, eh 'di wag nila gawin sa sarili nila," Rhian declares. "'Yung sarili kong gusto, taste, at health goals ang susundin ko."
In short, mind your own business, and keep your unsolicited comments about other people's bodies to yourself.
