In dire need of a cleanse? You’re not the only one. But how do you flush out the toxins in your system without having to sacrifice your diet for a whole week? The answer, according to Dr. Oz, Oprah’s favorite cardiothoracic surgeon, is by downing this green juice which Oprah calls “a glass of fresh!”

YOU’LL NEED:

2 sliced apples

3 stalks of celery

1 cucumber

½ thumb of ginger root

½ lemon (with rind)

1 lime (with rind)

150g of parsley

2 cups of spinach

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Throw in all the ingredients in a juicer. (Or ask Dorota to do it for you.)

Our favorite is from Hurom (buy one here)—it presses any fruit or veg, so you have all of the juice and none of the bitter rind.

Shake or stir and drink up!
