Peel At Home

Why exfoliation should be part of your weekly regimen.
Peel At Home Why exfoliation should be part of your weekly regimen.

Everybody has their own personal skin concerns—from blackheads to acne to little crows feet sprouting on the corners of our eyes. But no matter what your skin type (be it oily or dry), everybody has a common goal—glowing skin. Yet unlike a wrinkle-less façade and invisible pores, a radiant complexion is a goal that can actually be attained.
Although not noticeable to the naked eye, our skin actually sheds its top layer roughly every month, dusting off old cells to reveal the new ones underneath. Now obviously we aren't as lucky as snakes that discard their outer layer all in one go. Unfortunately for us, sometimes the natural shedding process happens in patches, resulting in rough spots and discoloration. This is where exfoliation comes in.

Manual exfoliation works wonders to achieve glowing skin by creating an even base. Aesthetic centers and Dermatologists offer several procedures like Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels that slough off layers of dead skin cells.

Yet for a more budget-friendly alternative, we give you some products you can use at home to help your new skin to shine through. Click on to see some products you can easily integrate into your weekly routine.
