Pauleen Luna Opens Up About Her Lipo Journey

Pauleen Luna recently took to Instagram to share her lipo experience through the Belo Body Reset. The post featured the actress alongside Dr. Vicki Belo and Dr. Eloise Buse, who both supported Pauleen in her weight loss journey.

The video begins with Pauleen affirming that there is no shame when it comes to needing a little help, which also applies to any goal we set for ourselves.

After giving birth to her second child, Pauleen shared that she needed that extra push to come back to herself again. She considers herself a hardworker when it comes to exercising and dieting. However, she admits that her arms are stubborn, which prompted the treatment.

Pauleen also revealed how breastfeeding affected her body. "Contrary to popular belief, breastfeeding made me really big." After undergoing the treatment, she felt even more motivated and inspired to move and stick to her diet.

Finally, she describes the experience as life-changing because she is aware that she won't be able to achieve where she is now on her own. "I am not ashamed to share it because I'm a mom. I've experienced what other moms feel, and I want them to see that it is possible. It's not really looking good; it's feeling good. I'm very happy."
