Makeup 101 tells us that when applying blush, we should start from the apples of our cheeks (the fleshy part that pops up when you smile) and upwards. It gives you a natural-looking flush, and for most people, it works like a charm. Legendary supermodel Naomi Campbell, however, is an exception. In her very first makeup tutorial, she reveals that she prefers to apply her blush not on the apples, but higher and on the outer part of her cheeks—a "high blush" instead of a "low blush," as she calls it. According to her, this doesn't only prevent that "clownish" look, but it defines her bone structure by making her cheeks appear more lifted. And if the high cheekbone queen herself says it works, then we can't find it in ourselves to disagree. The instant effect is visible in the video, too!
