WHY THE FASCINATION WITH HEALTHY FOOD?
I’ve always loved cooking and the fascination came about after I watched a couple of documentaries on health and the food industry.
A blog that I really like is MyNewRoots.org.
FAVORITE INGREDIENT NOW?
Avocados, can’t get enough of them!
GO-TO JOINT FOR HEALTHY EATS?
DEFAULT MENU ITEM?
I normally go for a DIY salad and order whatever I feel like that day!
FOOD YOU AVOID?
Anything processed. It’s not good for you, and there’s so much tasty food to be made with natural ingredients.
DELICIOUS SUBSTITUTE FOR SOMETHING YOU'RE INTOLERANT TO?
I’m not great with dairy, but coconut milk works well for me and I love it.
