Alice + Olivia's Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear presentation was the Instagram space of everyone's dreams. Designer Stacey Bendet filled an entire room with a plethora of flowers and butterflies (some were real!) against a gothic-romantic backdrop for the ultimate photo-worthy show, aptly called Fantasia.
With a behind-the-scenes peek thanks to TRESemmé, we got a closer look at the show’s runway-standard smooth hair. To let the collection's high-shine garments and prints shine through, the A+O girls wore a sleek low bun with a middle part that pulled their locks away from their faces. Some of the looks included headpieces as well, and a flawless bun served as the perfect base. (Check out another NYFW hair trend we’re loving here!)
We also spotted some very familiar faces during the show, including Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 3 runner-up Monika Sta. Maria, Manila-bred Korean model Hye Won Jang, and NY-based Filipina Marizza Delgado! They even had this major backstage beauty moment together:
This presentation is Monika's and Hye Won's second run for Alice + Olivia, and turns out, they also did their first one together last season! So cool!
