DAY 5—DEEP SET EYES

“Today I thought, 'why don't I play up with my face a bit more? I used Mac's Studio Fix NC42 (and a bit of NC43 too since I'm a bit tanned from the beach), Burts Bees Lip Balm and dabbed a bit of Benefit Her Glossiness for lips and Bourjois Peche Volupte blush for my cheeks. For the eyes I put Benefit Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in Purple Snap first, then Mac's Shadowy Lady on the outer crease and subtle to throughout the inner crease. I didn't want a super smokey effect today so just enough to create the illusion that my eyes are a bit deep set. Then Smashbox Soft Effect Powder Eyeliner in Black, and Fiberwig Mascara for my lashes. Muji Eyebrow Pencil, Mac's Girl Boy Mascara for eyebrows on top of the eyebrow pencil because I didn't want it to look too strong—I just wanted them to look fuller.”

Insider Tip: “I used my Stila Eyebrow Powder in Light Brown to Blond for the lower lashline to keep the focus on my upper lashline and eyeshadow. You can make this more dramatic by using very natural falsies. There's nothing like full lashes too!”
