Makeup Diaries 2012: Regina Belmonte

“My summer beauty plan is to keep it light and slather on the sunblock!,” Cosmopolitan Philippines’ Associate Beauty Editor, Regina Belmonte tell us. “Our weather’s too hot and humid for heavy makeup, so I’m thinking that a pop of color is all I really need this season.”

For our first installment of this year’s Makeup Diaries, Regina lets us in on five days of her beauty looks, which more often than not revolve around her favorite product—lipstick. On her daily makeup routine she shares, “Most of the time, I pick the lipstick I want to wear for the day first. Or, if [I decide on] an outfit first, I then determine which lipstick. But either way, it’s all about the lipstick!” But among all the hues and formulas she owns, Regina’s signature color remains to be her go-to red lippie. “I don’t care what season it is or what the trends are; it’s a classic.”
