Zendaya always nails it on the red carpet, and her appearance at the recent MTV Movie & TV Awards was no exception. She sported a brown leather August Getty teacup dress that made her look like a real-life sculpture, topped off with the chicest statement earrings by Paula Mendoza. But the biggest hit we're itching to copy? Her hair!

The Greatest Showman star's locks featured a stunning hybrid of beach waves and a sleek side part, proving that it's totally possible to wear more than one trend at once. We love how it's equal parts black tie-ready and effortless, so it's the kind of style you can opt for on multiple occasions.

Hairstylist Ursula Stephen told Refinery29 that she applied a leave-in conditioner on the actress' damp hair to prep it for styling and to give it some initial shine. She then coated the ends with a heat protectant spray before curling her tresses.

To get that sleek look, Ursula worked a glossy hair serum from the roots to the midlengths of Zendaya's hair, creating a clean side part in the process. She then set it with a generous amount of hairspray.

What do you think of Zendaya's red carpet hairstyle?
