Being born with brown eyes doesn't mean anywhere near boring. Apart from highlighting your inner tearducts, here's another way to give yourself brighter eyes:

Playing around with different eyeshadow colors can give you that same eye-opening effect, if not better. Different shades of blue will give even the darkest brown orbs some life, especially cobalt and sky blue hues. The contrast between warm and cool tones makes these two work so well together. For more neutral options, pair warm with warm by using either gold, copper, or bronze.
To recreate Yassi Pressman's look above, smudge baby blue eyeshadow all over your eyelids and lower lashline. Her makeup artist Mikka Marcaida used a shimmery sea blue color from NARS for this. Next, add more definition to the eyes with some liner, then finish off by going full-on pastel with a muted baby pink blush and lipstick.
