Is her hair wet? Indeed it is. As seen on the Spring/Summer 2018 runways of Coach and Prabal Gurung, wet hair is the way to go if you want to give your locks texture without blowdrying. Selena's hairstylist Danielle Priano shares with Byrdie that she applies a nourishing hair gel all over the strands before the singer's locks are dry to give the look some flexibility and shine. To create the waves, she douses the hair with a texturizing spray and tousles the gelled tresses.
