When All Hallows' Eve rolls around, creepy ghouls and goblins wreak havoc in the streets of Manila (or our Halloween party, to be exact.) With a little help from our skillful friends at BYS, we've transformed our editors into creepy creatures of the night.

"I'm a huge fan of @mimles's optical illusion makeup and wanted to recreate one of her spliced makeup looks." - Creative Director, Vince Uy

"I didn't want the makeup to look like a literal take on the character so we worked on a look that's more editorial. I wanted high shine and of course glitter incorporated into the looks. In the end it came out very glam rock, which I love." - Contributing Fashion Editor, Andre Chang

"I thought to myself if I'm gonna be something as basic as a skeleton I may as well make the makeup look A++. I chose a half-done skull face so as not to completely disappear under the makeup." - Editorial Assistant, Yanna Lopez

"Surprisingly, it only took two and half hours to glue all those rhinestones, plus my detailed skeleton makeup. Thanks to special effects makeup artist, Katherine Catiis. She was no stranger to outlandish makeup so executing my look was such a breeze. I had extra rhinestones and glue in my pocket just in case they fall off, but everything was still intact up to the moment I got home at 6 in the morning all because Katherine opted to use nail glue instead of eyelash glue. It was genius!" - Associate Art Director, Mark Buenaobra

"I just wanted an abstract, yellow-themed makeup look as the yellow brick road. I didn't want it literal, since my costume isn't either, so I ended up with this look. Also, I was thinking of something that I could easily remove since it was a work night for me." - Assistant Social Media Editor, Maura Rodriguez
