Lily wore this razor sharp look to the Oscars after-party. Her makeup artist Fiona Stiles identified this technique as "negative space liner," in which only the outline of the cat eye is drawn. From afar, the blank space is actually indetectable! And it still bears that essential feline effect you get from your typical winged flick.
