Instead of lining her pout perfectly with lip color, the actress prefers to have the edges of her lipstick blended out. This gives more of a tinted, barely-there appearance as opposed to an intense coat of color. Cop it by patting lipstick all over your lips in place of swiping. Then with your fingers, blend the color outwards to diffuse it.
