Liquid highlighter is a makeup artist's staple for achieving a natural-looking glow. Because unlike powder, the runny texture blends seamlessly with the skin like a moisturizer would. Pros would either apply it underneath foundation like a an illuminating primer, or mix it with foundation for more coverage. But to change things up a little, makeup artist Hung Vanngo has a fun little recipe for us to try.
For a look he did on Emily Ratajkowski, Hung suggests mixing illuminator with sunscreen. This way, you can achieve a dewy effect all over and enjoy extra skin protection at the same time. Genius!
