Kendall Jenner was all smiles yesterday as she headed the final tableau at Michael Kors’ Spring/Summer 2016 show. The good energy was contagious and we couldn’t help but notice the warm glow on her face.
“Earthy elegance” were the big words of the day as the designer proclaimed that the mid-2010s would be a time of romance and optimism. This kind of elegance, however, isn’t bound by intricate corsetry and long satin dresses. It’s the kind that’s simple, understated, and free—as reflected in the billowing silhouettes and the warmed skin the models wore with ease.

To achieve this look, makeup artist Dick Page brought warmth to the skin, creating a new version of a look that’s been prevalent throughout the season. He used Michael Kors’ Bronze Powder in Flush, Bean, and Glow and gently swept it on the models’ cheekbones and on the bridge of their nose. "The look is about bronze, matte skin. A believable warmth is created with Michael Kors Bronzer in Glow, a universal shade," says Dick.
