Before there was Forevermore and #LizQuen, there was just Liza, a stunning teenager who could pursue a strong career in modeling if she wanted to. Back in October 2013, Preview got the fresh Star Magic talent, Liza Soberano, to model for a beauty editorial called Working Girl—an ode to that old-school secretary look that transformed the teen into a model.
Sporting a coiffed 'do, a fierce cat eye, and glossy lids, Liza left such a good impression that it landed her a spot on the contributors page.
Wonder if these would still be her answers three years after.
How was your experience modeling for Preview?
"Amazing! It was the kind of shoot that I've always wanted to do. So classy, sophisticated, and high-fashion. It kind of reminded me of America's Next Top Model! Plus, the team was awesome. Everyone worked really well together."
By now, she's done countless of shoots for magazine covers and endorsements.
What does being It mean to you?
"Being the next big thing. It's when you're at the moment where you've achieved so much, a point where a lot of people start looking up to you."
Certainly she is currently already at this point in her career.
Who is the most creative person for you?
"Miley Cyrus. Most people think she's crazy, I kind of see the uniqueness in everything she does."
She could even be a hand model if she wanted to! Here are her pretty digits painted with flipped French tips.
She was fresh back then and she is still as fresh as ever today, only with over a million more followers.
