What can we expect from the second season of Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian?
"What you can expect from season two of Revenge Body is an emotional journey, so it’s a mind, body and soul transformation and a lot of tears—but at the end, happy tears. We have a lot of celebrity guests, my sister, Kim Kardashian, is on the show, Ashley Graham is on the show and so many talented hair and makeup stylists from all behind Hollywood. So it’s really interesting that you get to see both sides of it all, the glam and the dirty."
Do you have a favorite participant on the show?
"It’s hard to have a favorite participant because I do get so invested in everybody, and everyone’s story is so compelling and it means so much to me that people have chosen to be so vulnerable [and raw] on camera and share their stories, so I really appreciate everyone. I will say this season there are people that are on the show for the wrong reasons, they want to get famous or whatever. That really frustrates me and you’re going to see me firing a few people this season."
Is it difficult to stay active now that you are pregnant?
"Being pregnant and still trying to stay active during the first trimester was a struggle, but now I am on the second [trimester] it’s kind of a breeze. I enjoy working out and I feel better when I work out. Obviously I can’t work out as intensely as I once did, so I just see how my body feels and my trainer specializes in pregnancy training and all of that, so I do what I can."
What advice can you give to other expectant mothers who want to stay fit while pregnant?
"I think staying active while pregnant, from what my doctor says, is really healthy. It will help with the labor and delivery. At least work out for 30 minutes a day, even if it is just going on a casual walk. I love going on walks with my mom. It’s our little gossip session and you feel really good. I think just keep your body moving because it helps with the swelling and the back aches."
