Kathryn Bernardo is no longer the skinny teen star we used to know from a few years back. It was sometime in 2015 when the 20-year-old actress decided to shift to a healthier lifestyle, which includes a proper diet that consists mainly of chicken, fish, fruits, and veggies. After several months of working on her fitness goals, it's now almost impossible to miss the fruits of her labor.
At the recently concluded Pond's event last February 22 where the Teen Queen was launched as its newest celebrity endorser, we couldn't help but notice her more toned physique.
Apparently, Kathryn has been religiously attending her gym sessions under celebrity fitness trainer Bok Santos. On his Instagram account, the coach even praised the actress for her dedication in working out.
He also revealed Kath's target points, which include "tricep muscles, core, and legs."

In addition to regularly working out, Kathryn is also into Muay Thai, volleyball, and badminton. She tells PEP.ph, "Nandito ako sa age na gusto ko mag-try ng iba’t-ibang sports...So ayon, na-enjoy ko naman siya."
