There are a number of reasons why guys and girls like Kate Upton—she’s always in a sunny disposition, she’s got a banging bod, and she has an angelic face to top it all off. Following the footsteps of another famous Kate (Holmes), she now adds celebrity spokesperson to the list as she makes use of her beauty as the new face Bobbi Brown. Going from cat daddy to cat eye, we show you how Kate got red carpet ready for the Amsterdam premier of her movie The Other Woman.
SKIN & FACE
All looks, from everyday to big parties, start with properly prepped skin. Tracy Murphy begins to work on Kate by applying Hydrating Eye Cream to prep the eye area and a layer of Hydrating Face Cream for an even surface for makeup application. She also smoothed Lip Balm onto her lips
Using the Concealer Blending Brush, she applied Creamy Concealer in Warm Beige under her eyes then uses Skin Foundation SPF 15 in Warm Beige for her face, with a sponge for a light, healthy finish. Next, she lightly dusted Bronzing Powder in Medium evenly all over her face–focusing on the temples, cheeks and nose, as well as her neck to get that pretty glow. Then she uses Blush in Peony on the apples of her cheeks for a pop of color. Topping it off, she dusted Sheer Finish Loose Powder in Pale Yellow onto her skin to help set the look.
EYES & LIPS
Playing up Kate’s blue peepers, Tracy starts by lining the top and bottom of her eys with Long-Wear Eye Pencil in Black Navy and softens the color with the Smokey Eyeliner Brush. She then adds a sheer wash of Sparkle Eye Shadow in Smokey Quartz to the top lid and just a smudge underneath the eye. She finishes it off by curling her lashes and adding a few coats of Smokey Eye Mascara in Black to make her eyes really stand out. Framing her eyes, she fills in her brows by creating a strong arch using the Brow Kit in Cement/Brich and uses Natural Brow Shaper in Mahogany to keep them locked in.
Completing look, she uses Creamy Lip Color in Nectar on Kate’s puckers for a stained effect.
