Drop those red lipsticks and pink eyeshadows—Janella Salvador just debuted the coolest makeup look that you'll want to cop on the day of hearts.
For a Valentine's Day-themed performance with Joshua Garcia on ASAP, Janella channeled the '60s with her makeup and hairstyle. She sported a cut crease, one that Twiggy used to wear back in the day, but Janella's was soft, created with a soft brown liner instead of an inky, jet black.
To keep that line stark, makeup artist Anthea Bueno filled in the actress' lids with a nude color (concealer works amazing for this!) and dusted some shimmer over it to give the look a modern touch. If you're doing this look on your own, don't forget to tightline your upper lashline and define your lashes with mascara!
Janella's new haircut came in handy for this vibe, too. Hairstylist Renz Pangilinan whipped up this gorgeous half-ponytail with a teased crown and soft, glamour waves. He parted her fringe in the middle, too, creating a face-framing look we've definitely seen in vintage photos.
So if want a fresh vibe for V-day or just want to be extra for the occasion, maybe consider throwing it back all the way to the '60s?
