This Hollywood Actress Got Ready for the Golden Globes Without a Glam Team

Jameela Jamil from the TV show The Good Place is a budding actress who's also out to break beauty standards. And at her first Golden Globes, she defied the norm of hiring a full glam team, borrowing designer clothes, and booking a hotel room to get ready for the big event.

Jameela instead converted her home as a getting-ready station, bought her own Monique Lhuillier dress (she wore jeans underneath to avoid feeling cold), and did her own makeup while talking about challenging Hollywood's beauty standards. Check out the video below and see!
