They say that the eyes are the window to your soul., and if you're a beauty junkie like us, then you know that nothing frames them better than fluttery lashes. Considering how wearing falsies can be such a bother, we rely a lot on mascaras to hold the curl and volumize our lashes. However, the formula alone is sometimes not enough to achieve thick, natural-looking lashes; the applicator also matters! And so, we're always keeping our eyes peeled for the next generation of mascaras that will let us get the lashes of our dreams in one smooth coat.
We discovered three of the latest makeup innovations that will change the way you apply your mascara forever. Check them out below:
1. Guerlain's La Petite Robe Noire Black Lashdress
Guerlain's latest mascara is the LBD of mascaras. It has a 4-in-1 formula that lets you dress up "every lash individually, no matter what the angle: for volume, curl, length, and definition." It also has a 2-in-1 mascara wand that volumizes your lashes when used horizontally, and when held vertically, its round ball at the end will help you reach and coat each lash even those at the far ends. Additionally, the black formula is scented with the brand's La Petite Robe Noir perfume!
It's available locally in Guerlain counters (Rustan's The Beauty Source).
2. Dior's Diorshow Pump 'N' Volume
If you're a mascara lover, then you're quite familiar with the worry of not getting the most bang for your buck as mascara formulas tend to get easily dried up, resulting in clumpy application. Thanks to Dior, you no longer have to worry about that! Its Pump 'N' Volume mascara is housed in a "flexible mascara tube to soften the ultra-volumizing formula and load the brush with the creamy product."
It's available locally in Dior counters (SM Makati, Rustan's The Beauty Source) priced at P2100.
3. Hourglass' The Curator Lash Instrument
The future is here with Hourglass' The Curator Lash Instrument. It's bristle-free and made out of 100% stainless steel. The wand is especially helpful in getting the product as close as possible to your lashline to give you the fullest and most natural-looking lashes. It smoothly glides to coat your fringe and defines your eyes, too! Mind you, it's also easy to clean!
