1. Sleep on silk pillowcases.

Silk pillowcases are not only luxe, the smooth fabric also reduces friction against your hair and your face, too! Which means, less hair breakage in the morning and no to wrinkles as well.

2. Go darker!

Sure, going blonde is trendy with Taylor Swift’s major comeback and Selena Gomez recently going blonde. But getting an ash or a blonde hair color requires you to bleach your hair first, compromising your hair and leaving it prone to breakage.

3. Exfoliate your scalp.

It should be a no brainer that exfoliating the scalp promotes hair growth. Use a detoxifying shampoo and massage your scalp for at least five minutes. Massaging stimulates blood circulation, supporting the tiny blood vessels that feed that hair follicles.

4. Stop blow drying your hair!

Not only does blow drying your hair damage it, it stunts growth, too!

5. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.

Hydrated hair always equates to healthy hair. And we all know that healthy hair is the quickest and easiest way to make your hair grow faster.
