How To Create Your Own Spa At Home Relax and unwind right in the comfort of your home.

The weekend is almost here and it's the perfect time to pamper yourself. Deadlines, meetings, or stress may take its toll on your mind and well being. Giving yourself a break during your days off will help you recharge before you face your battles come Monday. As they say, all work and no play makes Jack or in your case, Jill, a dull girl.

Before we start, choose a spot you would want to relax in and transform it into a serene haven. Clear way the clutter, fix the stack of pillows and lay down fresh sheets. The next step is crucial for constantly wired ladies: Switch off your mobile phone. Disconnecting yourself from the outside world will help unclog the mind with billions of thoughts running every second. The only gadget allowed is your music player with the soft, almost-lulling playlist in the background. Prepare healthy snacks like sliced fruits or granola sprinkled with cinnamon. You can also take a cue from the list of beauty-enhancing nibbles and create snacks out of them. Also, have a teapot filled with chamomile tea ready for calming sips throughout the whole experience. Chamomile tea aids in soothing muscle spasms (especially menstrual cramps) and induces deep slumber.
