1. Eating nuts

According to Kim Hee Ae, the 51-year-old actress eats a diet with a healthy helping of nuts for their reported beauty benefits. Rich in protein, essential fats, vitamin E and A, and zinc, eating just a handful every day will make a huge difference in your skin. 


2. Apply eye cream to your face and neck

One of Park Joo Mi's beauty secret is simple: Aside from hydrating the area around her eyes with her trusty eye cream, the 45-year-old also slathers the wrinkle-fighting cream onto her face and neck to lock in moisture. According to, eye creams are "notorious for having the most nutrient-rich ingredients to treat collagen production, wrinkles, and elastin because eyes are typically one of the hardest area on the face to treat." It's no wonder Joo-Mi uses it all over!

3. Protect your face from UV light

We've said it time and time again: You need to apply sunscreen every day. If you need convincing take a look at Kim Sung Ryung, who swears by slathering on some SPF even on cloudy days. 

Another trick the 51-year-old actress swears by in the war against UV rays is using color to her advantage. Contrary to popular belief, white isn't the best color to wear in the heat. Darker colors actually absorb UV rays and reflect less UV light and sunlight to your face.
