Here's The Proper Way Of Painting Your Face For The World Cup Do you really want to risk looking like a clown in the event your team loses?

Okay, so we’re one match away from the World Cup finals and I’m sure everyone’s on the edge to see who between Netherlands and Argentina will join Germany come Sunday. We know nothing expresses team spirit more than painting your face in your team’s colors however, us being the beauty obsessed girls that we are won’t just succumb to putting random ink on our highly-maintained skin. We’ve given you the outfits to cop so now we complete the look by giving you makeup pegs straight off the runway to lessen the risk of skin irritation and–forbid it happens–looking like a clown if your team loses.

GERMANY

Bring light to your face by using grungy colors dusted lightly onto lids and lips that add mood, not makeup. Upgrade wine-stained lips by dabbing color on the center and feathering it outwards, creating blurred lines as it meets the corners.

ARGENTINA

Frame eyes with an architectural line that gives strength that lies somewhere between glam and grunge. A defined, wispy line around the eyes in a shocking color lends a tough feel to the look as you keep everything else bare.

NETHERLANDS

Unexpected pops of color are a great way to play up your eyes. Leave out the shadow and play with two different tones and kinds of eyeliner to give color to your face. Again, keep everything else bare.

BONUS: BRAZIL

Okay, so we know they took a beating in this morning’s game [tears] but we really just wanted to give the fans something to smile about.
