Brie Larson's Captain Marvel may not be showing until 2019, but if you've been following her on Instagram, then you know she's already training hard for the role as early as now. She will be the first female solo lead in a movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe—so, yup, it's a big deal.
That said, she's been working out with popular celebrity trainer Jason Walsh. Here's a video clip of Brie doing hip thrusts with 335-, 350-, 400-pound weights:
