Aging is inevitable and no one can turn back the hands of time, not even someone as perpetually blooming as Anne Curtis. During the launch of her new product endorsement, Shiseido The Collagen, the 32-year-old actress admitted to experiencing signs of skin aging but also explained why getting fine lines doesn’t really bother her as much.
“I think once you hit 30, a few more wrinkles start coming out. I’m 32 already and I think it comes with age,” Anne said. “Although I respect anyone who chooses to do other things to help them stay youthful, I like to age as is…It’s part of the aging process and as long as you’re happy and content and you learn how to take care of yourself, you’ll stay youthful pa din.”
True enough, during the event, the actress lit up the entire room with her radiant glow. Her go-to makeup artist, Robbie Piñera, gave Anne a natural-looking flush by dusting rosy hues on her lids and on the apples of her cheeks, complete with a swipe of pink lippie that tied her sweet, monochromatic look together.
Seeing how she manages to age gracefully, of course, we couldn’t help but ask what her beauty secrets are.
“I do [my] normal skin care routine and make sure I get lots of exercise and drink lots of water,” Anne revealed. She also noted how adding collagen intake to her daily beauty regimen has helped her achieve a healthier glow: “I’m not so conscious about [aging]. I have to accept that it’s happening. That’s when I started seeing how [I can take] Shiseido The Collagen. It came at the right time in my life actually. Ang dami palang benefits, especially if you don’t have time to go to the derma…I guess it helps me because I don’t always get a good night’s sleep.”
