Fun fact: Heart Evangelista doesn't usually wear foundation—and we can't blame her. The actress already has lash extensions, but she further defined her eyes using Dior's waterproof eyeliner, which comes with a sponge applicator. "I like to smudge my makeup," she shared, which makes her eyeliner appear subtle and effortless.
