Filipina model Hannah Locsin is in a roll! After being the first local model to ever walk for Italian fashion house Gucci at Milan Fashion Week last September, the Pinay stunner has since been hitting international catwalks left and right—the most recent one being Miu Miu’s Fall-Winter 2020 presentation at Paris Fashion Week, no biggie. She even took a selfie with supermodel Gigi Hadid!
Now, on to her latest feat… She just happens to be—drumroll, please!—the star of Gucci Beauty’s second, freshly released makeup video, which is part of the luxury label’s Two-In-One Tutorial series directed by none other than Max Siedentopf. Featured in the ad is Gucci’s Mascara L'Obscur, which, according to the brand website, has an “ultra-rich creamy formula [that] builds volume, while curling and lifting the lashes, adding length and definition with a long-wearing finish.”

In the video, Hannah is seen with Gucci’s global makeup artist Thomas de Kluyver, demonstrating the “classic” way to apply a mascara and, um, how to build a cabinet. “Referencing the ‘80s aesthetic of irony, humor and playfulness, the set becomes a craft workshop where Gucci Global Makeup Artist, Thomas de Kluyver, teaches makeup lovers how to achieve the ‘classic look’ with the new mascara and how to build a wooden cabinet,” the brand describes the video. Not to look like total stalkers but, in an Instagram post featuring the same video, we happened to notice that Alessandro Michele—the Creative Director of Gucci himself—also left a darling comment that applauds the video. "This was so fun," Hannah casually chimes in. Ah, pinch us!

Congratulations, Hannah! This is so major!
