There’s something about traveling abroad that makes one appreciate life in a different way. Proof of this is Gabbi Garcia who’s fresh from a month-and-a-week-long trip to the U.S. with her beau, Khalil Ramos. Together, the duo explored the beauty that California has to offer, from palm trees and deserts in the south to the cooler weather that the bay area is known for. Gabbi herself has been posting up a storm of photos from her vacay and one recent post of hers reveals that she came back to Manila with something she didn’t have when she left: a new ink!
The 23-year-old revealed her new tattoo on her Instagram that she got in the Shamrock Social Club, a tattoo parlor based in Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood. Located on her right ankle, the ink shows a narcissus flower in bloom. This particular bud is the birth flower of people born in December and, with Gabbi being a Sagittarius who was born on December 2, it makes complete sense that she’d want something personally meaningful permanently etched on her body.

Other than it being her birth flower, the meaning behind a Narcissus bloom is also quite impactful to the actress. Penning the caption of her post with, “And then she blooms like a flower. Narcissus flower; December - new beginnings, rebirth, renewal, optimism, grace, inspiration, and self-love,” this could be Gabbi’s subtle way of showing that she’s going through a change within herself after her memorable trip abroad. How touching!

This isn’t Gabbi’s first tattoo, though. The star got inked just last year with a tattoo of her dog, Sunshine, who had passed away a few months prior. Needless to say, she isn’t one to take tattoos lightly and only gets an ink when something is truly significant to her.
