Flutter And Fringe

Flutter And Fringe Lash embellishments deconstructed.

We bravely, categorically, say that all women lust after long, thick, Bambi lashes. Our frenetic lifestyles—now a hybrid of OTT beauty expectations and an on-the-go pace—sometimes makes ordinary mascara not pass muster. Truth be told, we simply want more than the results we get from a tube. Thankfully technology is on our side, as various lash enhancements have been popping up in salons everywhere lately—all to cater to fellow vanity addicts like us who can't seem to resist the allure of an all-out fringe.

Albeit a bit late on the trend—lash enhancements have been taking other Asian countries like Taiwan, Korea, and Japan by storm since the early part of this decade—we're still grateful that it's already making the rounds in the local beauty scene. As Jackie Pujol, one of the aestheticians we tried for the lash experiment, said, “Long, thick lashes look good on everyone; you're already born with a set of lashes, so enhancing them can only make them look better and more beautiful.” The Style Bible girls were only too happy to test that theory.
