This upside-down "my everything" tattoo on Coleen Garcia is as dainty as it is cool, and it's thanks to the proficient artists based at Empire Tattoo in Fisher Mall, Quezon City.
All of their work is proudly a collaborative effort between their artists and the their clientele, which also include Yen Santos and Moira Dela Torre. 4. Redeemed Tattoo
For the Bisaya people out there, Redeemed Tattoo is the celeb-approved spot to head to. Located inside Marison Condominium in the middle of Cebu City, they offer sophisticated tattoo and piercing services for all their customers. Just check out the eye-catching designs they did for Olympic skater and instant internet star Margielyn Didal!
