Don't let these beauty woes get you down.

Tired of dealing with frizzy tresses, textured skin, and those gaps on your arches? Here are three quick fixes for these beauty bummers:

1. Dry Hair

Full disclosure: I do not care about my hair. It's naturally wavy, and is perfectly so when left completely untouched—the kind of disheveled most girls would ruin the environment for with the amount of setting and sea-salt sprays they use to achieve the look. Once in a while, though, I get caught in a dry hair spell or a bad hair week, and since my 99 problems don't include regular salon trips, it was a cheap thrill to discover Dove's Intense Repair Conditioner. It's a daily treatment conditioner, which mimics the effects of a salon hair treatment in battle form you an use every day. Think of it as more potent than your standard conditioner, but whether you buy this product claim, I can tell you this: My hair went back to its smooth, shiny finish, granting me the privilege of not caring about my hair again.

2. Rough Skin

While waiting for a beauty potion with Benjamin Button-esque effects on the skin, make do with an instant fix. Hit refresh on old-looking and -feeling skin moments before makeup with a primer like Make Up For Ever's Step 1 Skin Equalizer. A rejuvenating primer, it doesn't only prep your skin for the onslaught of makeup, it also hydrates the skin and balances skin tone, aiming for the effect of putting on makeup for the first time.

3. Sparse or Unruly Eyebrows

Yes, you can grow out your brows strategically. It's how we discovered we can actually achieve the full brow—sans maquillage!—by tending to our eyebrows. For the sparse-arched: Ply your brows with a booster night and day. Trust us, a little vigilance goes a long way. For the unibrowed or wiry-arched, here's a tip: Tweeze daily, but only the strays that ruin the shape. This give you a natural, fluffy outline instead of an overly neat, drawn-on silhouette.
