Celebrities receive negative comments every day, but many of them often reach a boiling point. Surely you've heard of some stars who post long and wordy clapbacks to their haters to call them out, and it's basically become the norm for responding to the negativity. Well, that's unless you're Drew Barrymore. Because instead of posting a breakdown on Instagram, the actress turned the other cheek with...a haircut. Yep.
"Yesterday, I saw comments on my Instagram feed about my post that were mean, cruel, and ugly. It hurt me," she writes. "And you know what women do when they get hurt? They pick themselves up!" And in Drew's language, that means treating yourself to a makeover.
The creator of Flower Beauty gathered her glam team to get a fresh chop and a full face of glam. And from the looks of it, it definitely lifted her mood—she looks amazing. "Pretty is on the inside. But a little love on the outside never hurts," she continues.
According to her hairstylist Marki Shkreli, the cut she gave her might just be his "favorite haircut ever." He says on Instagram, "It’s timeless, chic and modern all in one." It's probably our favorite look on her, too!
