Chie Filomeno has been setting standards high with her photos for government IDs. Over the past few months, the 26-year-old Kapamilya talent has gone viral on social media for looking gorgeous in her photos for her passport and driver's license.
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) last October 20, 2022, she said that she makes the extra effort to prepare herself for her ID photos since she will be using them for 10 years, the usual vality period.
And she was surprised that after posting them on social media, she gained so much attention. Chie told PEP.ph, "Actually, nagugulat din ako [sa reactions]. Kasi ine-effortan ko din talaga siya kasi [that's] ten years of our lives."
She went on, revealing that her beauty look for her government ID photos was inspired by Khloe Kardashian. "I remember one episode [of Keeping Up with the Kardashians], si Khloe, nagdala pa siya ng ring light sa driver's license niya. So sabi ko, 'Bakit hindi natin gawin din yun?' And ten years of our lives so pinag-effortan ko pa rin."
Chie also noted the importance of checking the photo guidelines for each government ID prior to her scheduled visit. She said, "Inaalam ko lang din kung ano yung puwedeng gawin ko as a Filipino citizen, and yung mga hindi ko puwedeng gawin. So I think, yun lang talaga, and magbasa ng e-mail. And, alamin mo lang kung ano yung right mo sa pagkuha ng government ID."

Since foundation isn't allowed in passport photos, Chie used Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer as her base. This is available in Rustan's Beauty Source for PHP2,750.
Chie added two dots of blush on each side of her cheek using Rare Beauty's Soft Pinch liquid blush in the shade Happy. A store in Lazada is selling this for PHP2,733. It is also available on Shopee for PHP1,449.
She added more definition to her face by using Charlotte Tilbury's Nudegasm Face Palette. According to the brand's website, this comes with a price tag of USD75 or around PHP4,409.55.
Chie's perfectly shaped brows were done by Strokes Beauty PH, while her eyelashes were done by New Lounge PH. She only applied subtle liner on her eyes' waterline using Charlotte Tilbury's Classic Audrey Eyeliner. This is available on the brand's website for USD24 or PHP1,411.10.
For her lips, Chie used the Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat lip liner in the shade Pillow Talk. This lip liner is available on the brand's website for USD25 or around PHP1,469.90.
She filled in the gaps using Sunnies Face Fluffmate lipstick in the shade Nudist. This lippie is available on Lazada for PHP445.
