Butterflies And Daisies

Marc Jacobs' new fragrance goes sticker happy.
Butterflies And Daisies Marc Jacobs' new fragrance goes sticker happy.

This April, we're awakening our inner Drew Barrymore and splashing on some hippie optimism. Marc Jacobs' beloved floral fragrance Daisy gets a cheery, totally spring-has-sprung upgrade with their “Blooms In Spring” Limited Edition—complete with peppy, grass-green vinyl petals and cute ladybug accents.

But wait, there's more—the bottle now comes with a special surprise: a pack of playful, charming stickers. Dragonflies, hearts, butterflies and, natch, daisies spread the love, peace and happiness far beyond the olfactory realm. Let your D.I.Y. talents, which are so on-trend right now, on the loose and adorn your bottle with a heart, gecko, or flower–or ten, if you're feeling the love.

Although we usually find straight-up juicy florals a tad bit too young and girly, the vintagey edge of the violet-centered scent keeps us interested past the first spritz. The fragrance keeps its original freshness with a bouquet of wild strawberry, grapefruit, gardenia, violet, and jasmine, all coming together for a quirkily feminine mix.

If you've haven't tried out the EDT, the springtime version is the prettiest way to start (Ed's note: apple green floral topper and darling Sandy Lion stickers aside, it's the same scent). Apart from people actually stopping to ask what we were wearing, the charm factor was also undeniable. Ideal for those summer first dates, Labor Day barbeques (matched with your seersucker rompers), or basically anytime you're feeling young at heart, it's a scent that has us crushing, big time.
