If you ask me what the most important item in my makeup kit is, I’d say lip balm almost instantly. I’ve suffered from dry and chapped lips since I was a teenager, and it has become somewhat of a crutch if not treated properly. Made with wheatgerm oil and carrot seed oil, this recent discovery of mine climbed up to my top 10 almost instantly! The feel after applying is pretty unique because it’s neither too waxy or sticky. Oddly enough, it feels and looks demi-matte on the lips! The dry down also makes it perfect to wear under lipstick!
