ICYMI, Bela Padilla now based in London! She announced her move to the city in late 2021, and it has definitely marked a new style era for the Fil-Brit actress.
Bela's beauty looks have been acclimating to the new scenery, too. Remember when she showed us her everyday makeup last year? Well, that routine has now been swapped with a fresh set of techniques and products, but coppable all the same. What's more, you'll love it if you're trying to cut down your powder usage, or just want to experiment with dewier looks in general!
Need a breakdown? Bela has your back, detailing all her new steps and go-to's in a recent TikTok. Keep scrolling for all the details!

All the Steps in Bela Padilla's Everyday Makeup Routine in London
Step 1: Moisturizer
If you have oily skin but don't like setting your makeup with a ton of powder, hydration is a must. It'll help your makeup stay on better, and prevent your pores from compensating for the dryness with oil. Bela's current pick is a hydrator-slash-moisturizer from Sonya Dakar.

Step 2: Concealer & Contour
Bela has a whopping four shades of this multi-use face stick from Jones Road, the beauty brand founded by legendary makeup artist Bobbi Brown. She uses them to conceal a few imperfections and contour her face! (Scroll ahead to see how she does her contour!)

Step 3: Blush
Before blending out her sculpting lines, Bela applies a blush and illuminator also from Jones Road on her cheeks. The blush stick gives her a warm, rosy flush (it doubles as her eyeshadow, too), while the illuminator adds a natural luminosity with a deeper touch of color. After that, she grabs a face brush and blends away!

Step 4: Eyeliner
Bela seems to be loving mini cat eyes lately, and draws hers on with a dark brown pencil. For that subtle look, she only draws the wing on the outermost part of her eye, leaving the rest of her lashline bare.

Step 5: Brows & Lashes
We can absolutely tell that Bela swears by Refy Beauty's brow products. She's been tagging them in most recent selfies, and we don't blame her—they're perfect for copping fluffy arches!
In her routine, Bela sets her brows with the eyebrow gel first, and then defines the shape with the slim pencil. She then finishes off her eye makeup with Maybelline's Colossal Mascara, which appears to be discontinued locally, but any drugstore mascara of your choice should do the trick!

Step 6: Lips
We can probably agree that local brands have practically mastered lip tint formulas at this point. Bela would likely say the same thing, since she did bring this Rraw roller tint with her to the UK. It's what she uses to achieve a gradient lip, applying the color on the center of her lips and then topping it off with the Jones Road blush stick she used early on for a seamless look.

Step 7: Highlighter
With winter still in full swing where she is, Bela had to wrap up her routine with some glow. Her pick is a liquid highlighter from Refy, which she dots right above her cheekbones for that glossy finish.
