Well manicured nails are a must when completing an outfit. Nail polish has the ability to take an entire look to a different dimension, by either adding a dose of color to monochromatic pieces or a chic muted addition to an already busy aesthetic. Inspired by Georgina Wilson's leopard tips on the cover of this month's Preview Magazine, we decide to delve into the burgeoning trend of printed manis.
Although the manual way of nail art (using squeeze bottles and the polish brush to create patterns) is still offered in some salons, today there are different options to give you more intricate details, with a lot less mess.
We decide to test three types of nail art services—Nail Stamping, Nail Tattoo and Digital Nail Art to see their various effects. To hit two birds with one stone, we decided to try to nail (pardon the pun) some of Spring/Summer's biggest trends—brights, color-blocking, animal print and lace.
