When I first heard about the newest line of permanent hair color from L’Oreal Professionel, INOA (an acronym for Innovation, No Ammonia) in July, I was eager to see whether the product would be as effective in lifting color sans the ammonia. Using an Oil-Delivery System (ODS) to seal in the color, it was also interesting to learn that INOA can lighten up to 3 shades and promises no scalp irritation and annoying odor. So when Frank Provost invited my to try out the new service followed by a Pureology treatment in their Fort, Bonifacio branch, I was more than happy to oblige!
